She is a multidisciplinary professional who is passionate about the intersection of art, design, and technology. Her goal is to bring people closer to themselves, to others, and to their environment by creating visually stunning and impactful experiences. She has a fascination for colors, patterns, and symmetries, and enjoys exploring unconventional ways of creating visual effects.
She graduated in Design at FAU USP (São Paulo-Brazil) in 2014, specializing in graphic and industrial design. During her undergraduate years, she completed a 3D modeling course at Melies - Melies College of Technology. She also worked at Toyster for nearly two years, where she was involved in developing games and toys from conceptualization to production. Additionally, she was a member of Tok&Stok's Design and Trends team.
In 2012, she studied Graphic Design for a year as an exchange student at the Koninklijke Academie van Beeldende Kunsten (KABK) in Den Haag, the Netherlands. There, she was able to connect more with art and the creative and innovative aspects of design.
In 2016, she graduated with a Master’s degree in Design and Technology from Parsons - School for Design in New York. During her time there, she explored the development of interactive installations using different types of sensors to create biofeedback.
Upon her return to Brazil, she served as School Coordinator and Special Projects Lead for MundoMaker, an extracurricular school that teaches digital fabrication and programming to kids ages 5 to 15 using the STEAM method.
Between mid-2018 to 2023, she has been working on the intersection of art, design, architecture, and technology, incorporating research and creativity to create unique and impactful brand and cultural experiences with Cactus.is and DeeplabProject. As Art and Technology Director, she led the development of various exhibitions, memorials, and museums from conception to implementation. Some of the projects she co-created include Im.Fusion and Quiet Room, which were exhibited in Brazil and around the world.
Since 2023, Camila has been working solo, creating and technically producing events and exhibitions that bridge art, design, technology, and the public. She has worked on exhibitions such as "Nova Bienal" at the Museum of Tomorrow, "I Mostra de Criptoarte" at CCBB RJ, and "Chaves" at MIS Experience.
