Mouthfeel - Mind the dopamine  is an experiment to investigate people’s brains reactions to food especially those that are considered as comforting by many.
This experiment intends to analyze the reward-motivated behavior caused by the dopamine released in several moments which leads to the sensation of pleasure. The reactions can are showed not only by the characters reactions but also with the lights under the chair. The green indicate that the performer liked the food, red their dislike and the blue in indifference.
The idea of this project was to use the brain wave reader device and some sorts of comfort food to try to find how people brain change to this stimuli. In order to obtain different results some of those foods will have small twists in the texture, appearance and ingredients for example.
Also, to create better contrasts in the tastebuds, the dishes were arranged in a way that sours were consumed after sweets followed by umami tastes for an example.
