Over is an interpretation of how overwhelming NYC can be with all the tall buildings and noise pollution.
In order to transform this in a beautiful and calming experience, it was created Over. It’s a kaleidoscope created with images from the NYC's buildings and is sound reacting.
It’s possible to use some keys to change the angle of rotation and position of the images. Through translation, map and the function pushMatrix() and popMatrix() the images are mapped and copied to other 3 mirrored places allowing the kaleidoscope to be composed.

Over was displayed as an Interactive Living Garment during the 68th Parsons Benefit and Fashion Show (2016).
To use it as an installation at Benefit Parsons, the projection mapping was performed using MadMapper combined with Simple Server so the interaction reactive to sound from Processing was viable.

Over é uma interpretação de quão sufocante a cidade de Nova York pode ser com todos os edifícios altos e poluição sonora.
Over é um caleidoscópio criado com imagens de edifícios da NYC e reage aos sons emitidos pela cidade e pelas pessoas. O que antes era sofocante, se transforma em uma experiência bela e calmante.
Através das funções translation, map e o pushMatrix () e popMatrix () as imagens são mapeadas, copiadas e espelhadas para outras três coordenadas na tela, permitindo que o caleidoscópio seja composto. Além da interação com o som, é possível a utilização de algumas teclas para alterar o ângulo de rotação e a posição das imagens.
